Blackbox PRO Desktop Drive

My report on FB: The new hard drive arrived today. The carton was about five times as big as its contents and the contents were wrapped in about 300 feet of brown paper about 12 inches wide. It was kind of fun to take all the paper out of the box, uncrumple it, and fold it up into a loaf. I unpacked the box itself on my work table and inside the box I found the drive nestled in a foam box. Next to it in a compartment was the power cord, the cord that went from the drive to the computer, and a bundle of Ziploc bags with plastic pieces in them. They turned out to be three different sets of plugs – one was for an American outlet, one was for an English outlet, and one I haven't figured out yet. When I looked at the power cord, it had no prongs, so obviously one took the plug for my kind of outlet and slid it into the end of the power cord, so the power cord could plug into the wall. It is this kind of business ethic which leads me to continue to patronize Glyph for my hard drive needs
